Shipping and Payment Information


IMPORTANT! After placing the order, you will receive a notification from the courier service, in which it is written that "a package has been sent to you", but this is only a message from the automatic system! You will be sent another message later about the actual delivery date!

Delivery takes place on working days between 9:00 and 17:00. We will inform you about the start of delivery in an e-mail message.
The goods are sent and delivered by GLS, MPL.

The shipping cost is determined based on the destination country and the weight of the package, which can be calculated after the order is placed. The shipping cost is shown as a separate item on the invoice.
We can only accept complaints about the contents of the package if the fact of the lack or damage is recorded on the waybill in the presence of the courier.

Credit card payment

By paying by bank card, you can shop comfortably and safely in our store. After ordering the selected goods, you will be directed to the K&H Bank website, where you can pay with your bank card using the bank's encrypted transaction, currently considered the most secure. All our customers have to do is to click on "payment by bank card" when choosing the payment method, and then enter the card number, expiration date and three-digit security code on the K&H Bank payment server. K&H Bank accepts VISA, VISA Electron, V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB cards.
Bank cards issued exclusively for electronic use can only be accepted if their use is permitted by the bank issuing the card! Please check with your bank whether your card can be used for online purchases.
After a successful purchase, K&H Bank issues an authorization number for the transaction, which you should write down or print out the entire page. In the event of an unsuccessful transaction, K&H Bank will inform you of the reason for the error in an error message.
