It is not possible to receive the product or handle it in person!

IMPORTANT! After placing the order, you will receive a notification (MPL-GLS) from the courier service, in which it is written that "a package has been delivered to you", but this is only the automatic system message! You will be sent another message about the actual delivery date later!

1. The manufacturer is the sole owner of the product. 

2. The dog house that the buyer already has assembled we are unable to exchange or refund the price! 

3. Not suitable for your dog size dog house and Thermo Curtain order, we are unable to exchange or refund the price of the dog house, the dimensions of the dog houses are listed! Please read carefully and think about the dimensions! 

4. The manufacturer guarantees to serve the distributor, with maximum production capacity and compliance with the appropriate quality requirements. 

5. A hungaroonline.hu The products sold on the site are produced by the contracted manufacturers! 

6. For every product sold on hungaroonline.hu, the manufacturer is responsible for the proper quality, packaging, and delivery of the product. 

7. Hungaroonline.hu, B.HungaroOnline Kft issues an invoice to the customer for each product ordered from the online store on hungaroonline.hu! 

8. The price of the products in the online store With VAT increased, which appears in the total!

9. The manufacturer undertakes to safely package the ordered product on the day of the order, but within 2-7 working days at most, and hand it over to the courier service. 
10. The manufacturer assumes responsibility for any damage or breakage resulting from improper packaging! 

11. The shipping cost is determined by the weight and size of the products! 

12. The MANUFACTURER ASSUMES THE GUARANTEE FOR ANY PROBLEM RELATED TO THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCT RELATED TO THE QUALITY! 

13. Any order from the Hungaroonline.hu online store without any particular justification you can delete it!

14. Warranty: One year.

15. In this case, you cannot use the Warranty:

-disregarding the instructions for use and handling!

- improper storage, improper handling, damage, chewing!

–elemental damage, caused by a natural disaster!

-no surface treatment at least 2x!

- incorrect assembly!

-incorrect size selection!

After purchase, AFSZ accepted and took note of the terms and conditions related to the warranty!

16. We can deliver the garden furniture nationwide with EUR pallet delivery, due to its oversized size and weight, the delivery fee is HUF 25,000!

We can deliver about 6-7 pieces of assembled garden furniture on one EUR pallet!

17. Legal entities may not exercise a 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 45/2014. (II. 26.) Pursuant to the provisions of the Government Decree, the Civil Code. 8:1. According to § 3, a consumer is no other than a natural person acting outside the scope of his profession, independent occupation or business activity, i.e. legal persons and companies are not entitled to the right of withdrawal.

Method of settling the objection on the part of the enterprise: Rejected
